1. Your order
When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods. We may refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error; if so we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order.
3. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery options, charges and estimated times are set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery dates are estimates; if something is going to be late we'll let you know.
4. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See Returns & Refunds for how to cancel and send items back. Some items can't be returned once unsealed, such as software and hygiene-sensitive products (for example in-ear headphones), unless they are faulty.
5. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Refurbished and pre-owned products
Refurbished and pre-owned items are tested before sale and described with their condition. Normal signs of use described on the product page are not a fault.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
8. Privacy
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
