Most phone screen and battery repairs are done the same day, often within an hour. Laptops, desktops and games consoles usually take 1–3 working days. Each repair shows its usual time.
Genuine parts come from the manufacturer. Premium parts are high-grade compatible parts that look and work almost the same. Standard parts are compatible parts that keep the cost down. Each option shows its price and warranty, so you can choose.
Yes, every repair comes with a warranty on the parts and our work, shown next to each price. It doesn't cover new accidental or liquid damage.
Some faults, such as liquid damage or a device that won't turn on, need to be diagnosed first. We check the device and give you a fixed price before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you only pay for the check if one was agreed up front.
Most repairs don't touch your data, but we always recommend backing up first. If your device has a data problem, ask about our data recovery service.
You're welcome to walk in during opening hours. Booking ahead means the parts are ready and your repair is done sooner.
Yes. Contact us and we'll send you our address and how to pack your device. We return it by tracked delivery once it's fixed.
We repair far more than we list. Tell us the make and model and what's wrong, add a photo or two, and we'll email you a price, usually within one working day.
There's no obligation, and your photos are only used to prepare your quote.
